About The Mothering

I always wanted to be a mom. It was my dream job. While I waited for it, I studied elementary education and worked as a first grade teacher for several years. I loved teaching! Having a strong ‘mothering’ instinct, I found teaching to be very fulfilling. In time, I met my husband, Larry (at my school, where he worked as a bilingual aid while he attended college) and  we started our family. I am so grateful to be the mother of four wonderful children: three teenagers and a ten year old. My children are my highest priority and greatest joy in life.
