About The Writing
You could describe me as an A.D.D. writer. My interests are many and varied, I get distracted easily and my attention span is short! As a result I flit from one project to another, blissfully.
I began writing LDS (Mormon) romance stories based on single school teachers. My first novel, The Welded Link, is (mostly) complete and I have several others in various stages of completion in what I hope will become a series (The Chalk Dust Fairy Series, or maybe just The Chalk Dust Series, I haven’t decided, yet!). More on that later…
I’m also working on a series of children’s stories called The Adventures of Rolf and Billy about a German Shepherd named Rolf, a retired detective, who solves mysteries in the small town of Woods Edge with the help of his annoying neighbor, Billy the Goat.
In addition to these, I have just begun a sci-fi/fantasy story based around an unlikely inter-stellar journalist who investigates the mysterious disappearances of civilian volunteers in space.
I’m hoping that this blog will serve the purpose of being a practice ground for writing narratives, which is another form of writing that interests me.
